Acceptable Uses Policy & Service Guidelines
Acceptable Uses and Policy Guidelines set out in this document includes any special terms and conditions agreed by the company.
Use of Services
All services provided by ITROM EUROPE HB or it's subsidiaries may be used for lawful purposes only.
Site Contents
Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ITROM EUROPE HB from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all ITROM EUROPE HB servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. ITROM EUROPE HB will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to ITROM EUROPE HB servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links: ITROM EUROPE HB will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Unsolicited E-mail (Spamming)
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail, from an ITROM EUROPE HB server or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on an ITROM EUROPE HB machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. ITROM EUROPE HB will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
IRC
IRC or IRC bots may not be operated on ITROM EUROPE HB servers at this time.
Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of ITROM EUROPE HB is strictly prohibited.
Refusal of Service
ITROM EUROPE HB reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.
All Sub-Networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of ITROM EUROPE HB must adhere to the above policies.
Access Privileges
It is illegal for anyone to access our servers to cause damages to a site
owner's property irrespective of the disagreement between the parties.
When a customer subscribes to our services, he/she may authorize us to give
access (username/password) to an appointed site administrator. We provide the
appointed site administrators with access to the server on trust and access
rights privileges covers only editing and updating of the site contents. Minor
deletions may be permitted but outright purging of the site/server contents
without any justifiable reasons or approval/consent of the site owners and without
prior notification to our company is unacceptable and illegal. If any site
administrator causes damages to the contents on the server willingly, that
violates our terms of usage.
Under Swedish and International laws, it is a crime to access a server to
cause damages to the contents whether you have been given access rights or
not. As long as the damages done are in violation of the access privileges
given to you, a violation of the servers terms of usage and a violation of the
site owners personal rights to his property. If there are extensive damages or
costs involved, our company or the client may sue for damages and we will ban
and block server access to the site administrator indefinitely.
Access privileges are NOT granted to site administrators for the purpose of
causing damages or purging entire contents on our servers. Our company only
recognizes the authority of the site owners and not the site administrators.
Our company does not recognize any agreements the site owners may have made
with the site administrators and such agreements are not binding with us. We
only comply with instructions given by site owners and may accept site
administrator's instructions if site owners have authorised such. We are
required to protect all sites on our servers and we will ban or block access
to site administrators who violates our terms of usage. (See our Terms &

We would not allow our servers to be compromised in any way and all appointed
site administrators must treat our servers and its contents with due respect.
All appointed site administrators must comply with our terms of usage and if
any site administrator does not accept our terms of usage, they must
discontinue access to our servers.
Failure to comply with any of the above Terms and Conditions will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
