All in-box material including software, supplies and accessories must accompany the product. Products must be returned in their original factory shipping containers. Supplies (print cartridges, cables, etc.) must be packaged for return in a way that protects them from damage due to normal shipping and handling. No returns for refund or exchange will be allowed for merchandise that is damaged while in the possession or control of the customer. Refunds or exchanges can be made for defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. After the initial 14 day period, no support for defective merchandise will be provided by ITROM Europe HB, Sweden. Customer Service. If you have received an item and it fails to operate, then you can return the item to us. To save time however, it may be more appropriate to firstly check with the manufacturer to ensure that all the operating instructions have been followed correctly. What you need to do before emailing / calling us / calling the manufacturer for support:
Invoice / Order Number for a proof of purchase and warranty purpose.
Full product name / brand / serial and model, this will help us, and the manufacturer identifying the product in question.
Your computer model / manufacturer, RAM Size, Processor, Graphic Card and any equipment attached to the system.
Email us first, describing the problem, we will respond within 24 hours, either by email or phone.

All listed suppliers carry excellent support facilities. Should you experience any problem with support issues, please contact us by email or by phone, we will happily undertake to resolve it.
If you speak to the manufacturer and you still need to return the item to us, then simply contact us at support@itrom.com . One of our customer services team will then provide you with a Returns Goods Authorisation number and a return address where you may return the goods. The only cost you'll pay is the cost of returning the product to us. You should ensure that you return any item using a track able method e.g. UPS, DHL EMS or FedEx etc. To return the item, you will need to let us know that you are canceling the contract. We will need the following details from you when you contact us:
Your name
Your email address
Order number
Product SKU number
Date of order
Reason for Return (defective or non-defective)
If the manufacturer's packaging is opened or unopened
If you would like a credit or replacement
An appropriate collection time (if the item is being returned due to it being defective, incomplete, damaged or if itrom.com sent the wrong item)
Returns Goods Authorisation numbers are valid for 14 days. For defective returns, you will arrange for a courier to pick the item up at your own cost. Please note that we can not accept the return of opened software. You will receive e-mail confirming these return instructions. When returning any item to us it is important that you do not write on the manufacturer box. Clearly write the Returns Goods Authorisation number together with the following address on a separate sheet of paper, which then needs to be affixed to the box; Please return items to the address shown on your delivery receipt or to the address given to you by our staff. Please ensure that the item is returned to us by a trackable method e.g. UPS, DHL or FedEx etc.
If you requested a replacement we'll ship your replacement via our courier service as soon as we receive your returned item. If you requested a refund then either of the following will apply. If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited within 28 business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid by check, postal order or banker's draft, you'll receive a check in the mail within 30 business days after we receive the returned item.
All sales are governed by the Warranty Agreement of the product manufacturers. Some products may include licensed software. For further information, contact the software manufacturers. All products listed on our web site carries a one year manufacturer warranty (against manufacturer defects only, does not cover usage, installation, compatibility is subject to manufacturer specification and recommended usage). All our listed products carry a minimum one-year return-to-base manufacturer warranty (RTB) from Invoice Date, Many products carry their own additional warranty. Warranty is limited to products itself by replacing or prepairing by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover any labour cost or any expense incurred or any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the products. Warranties are not transferable. Warranty is void if misuse, accidents or abuse of the equipment occurs i.e. Over-Clocking or not following the manufacturer's recommendations. Warranty is Void if Warranty Label / Serial label have been removed or tampered with. Some manufacturers require returned goods in the original boxes / container, please keep them folded until warranty expires. Warranty may take up to two months before replacement / repair, as all goods has to be send to our supplier in case needed repair / replacement, subject to warranty supplier Approval. We are not responsible for replacement if warranty is rejected by our supplier, due to damaged goods, miss used against manufacturer recommendation. Serial number of products is required together with the Invoice / order number, please email us when you open your product, we will keep your serial number's) on our files, for reference, if required.

Warranty is Void if Warranty Label have been removed or tampered with.
Original Packaging must be included. Goods will not be accepted without the original packaging intact.
A copy of Invoice / Order Number must be included
The Authorisation Number must be marked on the outside of the box / parcel.
Goods must be sent back using registered and insured parcel's. We are not liable for lost goods.

We are not responsible for goods returned without Authorisation Number.
Returned goods claimed to be faulty and subsequently found to be in good condition will incur € 50.00 service charge.
Defective products will be exchanged with the same product / brand / title.
The customer agrees to cover courier charges for returning goods, except where the product is faulty or damaged in shipment.
Faulty returned products are repaired or replaced depending on the manufactures policies. ITROM Europe HB will try to replace the faulty goods in a prompt manner unless where manufacture's warranty requires goods to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, stock unavailability or superseded models
Faulty goods due to over clocking are considered damaged against the manufacture recommendations, they will not be issued any Authorisation Number, nor they are subject to warranty.
Goods used against the manufacturer recommendations does not fall into the categories of warranty or refund, they will be charged 35% restocking.
Choose carefully as No Exchange / No returns applies to unhappy / unsatisfied with goods performance.
