The most likely cause could be that you did not enter your personal details and Credit Card information properly. Below are some of the information you must provide to complete your Credit Card purchase:

Name: Your full names as it appears on your Credit Card.

Street Address: Your address as it appears on your Credit Card statement. This is usually the address where your Credit Card statement is sent.

City: Your city as it appears on your Credit Card statement.

State/Province: Your state/province as it appears on your Credit Card statement (if any).

Postal Code: Your Zip/post code as it appears on your Credit Card statement. (if any).

Country: Your country as it appears on your Credit Card statement. We accept Credit Card payment from international customers.

Email Address: Your email address where your invoice and order confirmation will be sent.

Phone Number: Your phone number where we can follow up with the sale or for security validation purposes (if necessary).

Shipping Address (products): Your shipping address where we can deliver your orders. We strongly advise you have your products delivered to the same address listed on your Credit Card statement. In this way your order is almost likely to be auhorised by your Credit Card firm. We make deliveries to international addresses.

Credit Card Number: Your Credit Card that you wish to bill for this transaction. Do not enter spaces or dashes between the numbers (i.e. 4111111111111111).

Credit Card Expiration Date: The expiration date as it appears on your Credit Card. Do not enter spaces or slash. (i.e. 1203)
