How to Get Started

To sign-up for a hosting account, simply follow these steps below: 

  • Click the "Order" link on top of the page.  
  • This will take you to the sign-up page. 
  • Enter your personal information on the sign-up forms.
  • Fill out all form fields completely including the fields marked (*)
  • Click the "submit" button to complete the sign-up process
  • Your account will be created instantly
  • You will receive an automatic "Welcome Email" with your account/control panel details including username/password.
  • Next: Click on the "Activate account" button to activate your account, view your invoice and make payment 

Note: Due to system update, please wait 24 hours after account activation before accessing your Control Panel. Account must be activated to access your control panel. Control Panel can not be accessible until you complete the set-up process and make payment.  

How to make Payment
(New/Existing customers)

To make payment, simply follow these steps below:

  • Login to your account here, click the "Make Payment" link 
  • Fill up the short form (to credit your account correctly) and click "NEXT" button 
  • Next page: Select the "Hosting" 
  • View the package description (e.g. "Basic Account 50MB €4.99/mo")
  • Select Quantity (e.g. 12 months) and Click the "Add to Cart" button 
  • The page returns again. You will see on top of the page "Your Shopping Cart Contains:  (e.g. Items Added: 12, Cost Subtotal:  € 59.88 )
  • Click the "View Cart/Checkout" buttons on top of the page to view items in your basket or checkout
  • This will take you to the "Checkout Page" 
  • Fill out the forms and Click the "Continue" button
  • You will be re-directed to our Credit Card processor's secure server to complete your order
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your payment
  • Your account will be activated/updated and you will be able to access the control panel 
  • Existing customer may log-in here to view and print invoices 

There are no minimum contract meaning that customers can cancel their account at any time. However, we require at least 3 months hosting payment. Also, there are no re-occurring billing meaning that we do not automatically charge customers credit card. A billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month. Customers may pay by Credit Card, Wire transfer, Western Union, Cash, Bank/Post Giro, Check etc (Payment Methods).

How to login to your control panel
(New/ Existing customers)

To login to your control panel, simply follow these steps below:

  • Log-in using the link provided in your "Welcome Email" (e.g. http://yourdomain.com:2082 )
  • Enter your username and password
  • Click the "OK" button 
  • Alternatively, login here and Click the "Control panel" link

How to change Personal information
(New/ Existing customers)

To change your personal information, simply follow these steps below:

  • Login to your account here
  • Click the "Edit My Profile" link
  • Enter the new personal information, username and password
  • Click the "Submit" button 

Note: We strongly advise that you do not change your control panel password. You must contact us to obtain a new password each time you update your personal information as our automated system is programmed to allocate random passwords.   

How to view/print Invoices
(New/ Existing customers)

To view and print your invoice, simply follow these steps below:

  • Login to your account here
  • Click the "view" link to view your invoice
  • Click the "Print" link to print your invoice
  • Click the "Log-out" link

Note: Customers can view and print invoices that are in the exact format as they were produced on paper. All invoices can also be saved locally. If an invoice hasn't been paid, customers will receive auto reminders via email. Customers can view and pay invoices directly online by Credit Card or through other payment methods.

Record keeping
The online invoice will be handy for customers to use at tax time. Customers can always log into their manager area anytime and anywhere to pay an invoice or to take a look at outstanding invoices, This will put them in complete control of their account and ensure that services are not disrupted.
