How do i upload / publish my files using Microsoft FrontPage 2000?
Select File > Publish (from main menu) in FrontPage 2000.

What versions of FrontPage you support?
We only support FrontPage 2000.

How do i change password of my FrontPage Web?
To change your FrontPage Web password you need to telnet your account and then go
to /home//public_html/_vti_pvt directory. Here is the same user name allotted to you in
your account activation email.

After this you need to change service.pwd file (This is standard htpasswd file). Run
following commands to generate this file: htpasswd -c service.pwd

Here is the same user name allotted to you in your account activation email. Now your
FrontPage web password is changed. You can always send request to
support@itrom.com to change password for you.

I see error message saying "this option require author permission"?
There may be 2 reasons for this error.

Reason 1: There is no FrontPage extension installed on your web. To publish your web
site using FrontPage you Must have FrontPage Server Extension installed on your web
site. By default we install FrontPage Server Extension on every web site. To install
FrontPage extension on your web site you must send request to support@itrom.com

Reason 2: You are using wrong Password or User name.

How do i uninstall FrontPage extension on my web site?
If you don't want FrontPage extension on my web site, send request to support@itrom.com
