We market and sell a broad range of software products. We also sell Computers, Printers, Scanners, Monitors, and Software from industry-leading technologies such as Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Epson, IBM etc.

Our products incorporate quality checking by the respective manufacturers/agents and all products must come within the International established standards and specifications. We deliver our products and services worldwide including Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa. Products are sold at retail electronically on our online shopping sites.

Services
We offer hosting solutions that provide customers with a high-performance platform for the development, deployment and management of their Internet operations.

Our hosting services include Internet services, managed web hosting and site management, web design and development, web authoring, domain name registration, and professional consulting services. These services provide for high performance, availability, scalability and reliability of customers’ Internet operations.

We deliver our web hosting and managed services from state-of-the-art facilities and 24 hrs automated operations. In these facilities, we support leading Internet hardware and software platforms, including Compaq, Dell, IBM, Microsoft and Sun Microsystems.

Our operating base is connected by our privately managed, Internet Protocol network platform from which we deliver our web hosting services. We maintain sites for our clients on servers with Internet connectivity services through a redundant backbone network of multiple high speed and high capacity data lines along with public and private network interconnections.

Customers have unlimited 24 x 7 access to their sites and to additional server hosting services. Our hosting services generally include backup with regular upgrading of our network in order to accommodate expected traffic growth.

Beyond our web site offerings and commerce, we also have what we believe to be the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of professional and managed services to cover all other IT requirements. This service includes a pre-packaged, tailor-made configuration of services including web and database hosting servers, site management and Internet connectivity. Our fully managed services are among the fastest growing segments of our business.

With experienced IT consultants, we offer a comprehensive range of professional consulting services, including assisting our customers in planning their strategies for developing complex Internet web sites and operations, managing various aspects of our customers’ Internet operations.

Our management team has grown in strength through their success in the areas of operations, finance and management. Mr. Derek Vincent as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer currently heads up the company. His strategic vision, outstanding business leadership and skills are valuable resources for the Company. He is ideally suited and capable of leading the company as Managing Director for many years in view of the keen strategic intellect, technological understanding, strong leadership characteristics and unique team-building skills he demonstrated as Managing Director and CEO since the inception of the company.

Administration
ITROM EUROPE HB Administrative unit and head office is located in Malmö, Sweden. We also have offices in the United Kingdom, USA and Romania. We believe in good employee relations as such we are able to identify, attract and retain adequate numbers of qualified personnel that head our departments and work at our headquarters and oversea offices.

Sales and marketing
Our sales and marketing objective is to achieve broad market penetration within our target market of businesses. Our online sale represents a substantial proportion of our total sales and as much as 80 percent of our business. Our sales and marketing team is made up of highly talented, experienced and well-trained salespersons with a good knowledge of our products and services.
